REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy
Because all products from THE STOIC EDGE are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final.
Once your order is completed and your files are available for download, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
This policy is in place because:
- Digital files cannot be “returned”
- You receive immediate access to all content upon purchase
- We cannot remove access once downloads are delivered
Exceptions (Very Limited Cases)
We may offer a refund only if:
- You were incorrectly charged
- You accidentally placed duplicate orders, or
- You never received access due to a technical issue (and we cannot resolve it)

Chargebacks
Attempting to obtain our digital content and then filing a chargeback is considered fraud.
We keep:
- Download logs
- Access timestamps
- Order records
- IP logs (via Shopify)
These are provided to payment processors in the event of a dispute.
